Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email contains your unique tracking number and the name of the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, National Postal Service).
- Locate Your Tracking Information: Find the shipping confirmation email from [email protected]. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
- Use the Tracking Number: Copy the provided tracking number.
- Track Your Package: You have two main options to track your shipment:
- Visit the official website of the shipping carrier mentioned in your email and enter the tracking number in their tracking tool.
- Use a universal package tracking service (recommended for international shipments and multiple carriers).

- You can track multiple packages simultaneously by entering several tracking numbers, separated by commas.
Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system after the shipping label is created.
What Your Order Status Means
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
- Shipped: Your order has left our facility. A tracking number is available.
- In Transit: Your package is on its way to the destination.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered soon.
- Delivered: The package has been delivered to the provided address.
