5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
