At Bongak, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our Keyboards, Mice, Game Controllers, Smart Watches, and Accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Please note that certain items, such as opened software, personalized products, or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.

Initiating a Return

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Return Shipping & Inspection

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Bongak cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.

Refund Process

Upon successful inspection and approval of your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
  • Digital Wallet/Payment Processor Refunds: Processing times may vary according to the provider's policies.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns not caused by Bongak's error.

Defective or Incorrect Items
