At Bongak, we are committed to getting your order of keyboards, mice, controllers, smart watches, and accessories to you efficiently and securely. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Method & Areas

We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/dimensions. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

  • Domestic (within the United States): 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-25 business days.

These are estimates only and do not include order processing time. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Bongak is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping charges will apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
